Refund Policy – Herd Tours

At Herd Tours, we are committed to providing a fair and transparent refund process. We understand that travel plans may change, and we aim to be as accommodating as possible within reasonable operational limits.

Cancellations by the Guest:

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled tour: Eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the tour: Eligible for a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour or failure to attend: Non-refundable.

Cancellations by Herd Tours:

In the event that Herd Tours must cancel a tour due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances, guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

Rescheduling Policy:

Guests may request to reschedule their tour up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time. Rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.

How to Cancel or Reschedule:

All requests for cancellations or rescheduling must be submitted in writing via email or through our official WhatsApp contact listed on our website. Please include your full name, booking reference, and reason for the request.
